Flower Delivery Process

  1. Preparation: Our expert florists handcraft each bouquet using the freshest blooms.
  2. Photo Confirmation: As soon as your arrangement is complete, we email you a high-resolution photo for your approval.
  3. Scheduled Delivery: We coordinate with you (or the recipient) to select the ideal delivery window.
  4. Delivery Notification: Once your flowers arrive, we send you (or the sender) a confirmation that they’ve been delivered safely.

Same-day Delivery

Place your order before 2 PM (Monday–Saturday) for guaranteed same-day delivery within our service area. Orders received after 2 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

Delivery Times

Deliveries are made between 11 AM and 6 PM daily. While we aim for punctuality, actual arrival times can vary slightly due to traffic and weather conditions.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the recipient’s ZIP code and displayed at checkout. To see the exact fee for your address, simply enter the ZIP code on our delivery page.

Card Messages

At checkout, enter your message in the “Card Message” field. We’ll hand-write each note on our signature luxury card and attach it to your bouquet.

If No One is Home

  1. Attempt to call or text the recipient.
  2. Place the arrangement in a secure, dry spot near their front door.
  3. Send a text notification letting them know a special gift is waiting.

Request to Leave Item at Door

Opt in for contact-free delivery by selecting “Leave at door.” Please note that once the arrangement is left unattended, Neroli Blume cannot be held responsible for theft or damage.

Incorrect Addresses

  • If the address provided is incorrect, we’ll attempt to contact the sender for corrections.
  • An additional re-delivery fee will apply once the correct address is given.
  • If we cannot reach you, the flowers will be returned to our shop.

Canceling An Order

  • Full refund for cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled delivery.
  • Orders canceled within 72 hours of delivery are non-refundable.

Substitution Policy

On rare occasions, a specific bloom may be out of stock. In that case, we’ll substitute with flowers of equal or greater value, chosen for their seasonal freshness and aesthetic harmony.
