At Neroli Blume, we believe luxury flowers deserve equally thoughtful delivery. Every arrangement is hand-crafted by our expert florists and handled with the utmost care from our store to your door.

Our Flower Delivery Process

  1. Preparation: Each bouquet is freshly designed the day of delivery by our in-house floral artisans.
  2. Photo Confirmation: You’ll receive a high-resolution photo of your finished bouquet before it leaves our studio.
  3. Coordinated Scheduling: We coordinate with you (or the recipient) for the most convenient delivery time.
  4. Delivery Notification: Once your flowers are safely delivered, you’ll receive a confirmation by text or email.

Shipping & Delivery Options

Same-day Delivery

  • Place your order before 2 PM (Mon–Sat) for guaranteed same-day delivery within our service area.
  • Orders received after 2 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery window.
  • No hidden fees – delivery charges are shown clearly at checkout.

Delivery Times

  • Our standard delivery hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily.
  • Requests for specific delivery times are honored when possible (subject to traffic and weather).

Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on the recipient’s ZIP code and displayed at checkout.
  • Many Miami neighborhoods qualify for low-cost delivery, and we periodically offer complimentary delivery promotions.

Special Delivery Requests

Card Messages

At checkout, enter your message in the “Card Message” field. Every note is carefully handwritten on our signature luxury card and delivered with your bouquet.

If No One is Home

  1. Attempt to call or text the recipient.
  2. Place the arrangement in a secure, dry spot near their front door.
  3. Send a text notification letting them know a special gift is waiting.

Request to Leave Item at Door

Opt in for contact-free delivery by selecting “Leave at door.” Please note that once the arrangement is left unattended, Neroli Blume cannot be held responsible for theft or damage.

Incorrect Addresses

  • If the address provided is incorrect, we’ll attempt to contact the sender for corrections.
  • An additional re-delivery fee will apply once the correct address is given, a $10 fee may be charged.
  • If we cannot reach you, the flowers will be returned to our shop.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your flowers. If for any reason you’re unsatisfied:

  • Returns & Replacements: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. If approved, we’ll replace the bouquet at no extra cost.
  • Cancellations: Orders canceled 72+ hours before delivery are fully refundable. Orders canceled within 72 hours are non-refundable.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Substitution Policy

On rare occasions, a specific bloom may be out of stock. In that case, we’ll substitute with flowers of equal or greater value, chosen for their seasonal freshness and aesthetic harmony.
