Flower Care

How often should the water be replaced? How often should the water be replaced?

We recommend changing out the water in your vase every 2-3 days. Clean and cold water is best.

We advise when first placing your flowers in water.

What can I do to make my flowers last longer? What can I do to make my flowers last longer?

We advise that you make sure there are no leaves in the water and keep the arrangement away from direct sunlight and drafts. We also recommend changing the water (every 2-3 days) and trimming the stems 1 inch at a 45-degree angle (every time the water is changed).

In your very first order you will receive a complimentary glass vase with your bouquet. Every delivery after your initial one, you will receive a wrapped bouquet.

Since we use premium in-season flowers, your bouquet will vary week to week. We will still ensure that we design within the color palette that you have chosen.

How do I modify my subscription? How do I modify my subscription?

Once you place your first order, you will have access to a member portal. In your portal you will have access to edit your subscription, pause your subscription, or cancel your subscription. You will also have access to modify the size and colors of your existing subscription, update your delivery frequency, as well as being able to gift your subscription to family and friends.

Modification should be made 48 hours before delivery to ensure that we can accommodate the changes.

Our product is fresh and custom created per order, therefore all sales are final.

Deliveries

Daily!

We can’t guarantee a specific delivery time. We make deliveries during the time window of 12 pm-5 pm. All orders placed before 3 pm on Mon-Sat are able to be delivered the same day.

What if no one is home to receive? What if no one is home to receive?

If the recipient is not at the delivery location our delivery driver will place it in a safe spot and take a picture of it. We are not responsible for theft/damage due to climate temperatures and or weather if no one is able to receive the flowers.

I received a bouquet, now what? I received a bouquet, now what?

Please place the flowers directly into cold water so that they can hydrate. Follow the care instructions on the note attached to the bouquet. Add them to the vase of your choosing and enjoy!
